	You can find our official logo below. A PSD file is included for you. Therefore, when you post pictures or videos or even news translations, you may use our logo to promote Silh0uette. Also to avoid any leechers taking it out without proper credits. :D PSD \| Mediafire DESCRIPTION \| The font is called DOKYO. You may find it at http://dafont.com The O in Silh0uette is represented with a zero. Thus, we have taken use of FT Island's alien face in replacement to our O. The zero in Silh0uette also means forever. With FT Island's logo in place, Silh0uette and FT Island will forever be as one.You may change the colours around for the letterings. But please try to keep the alien head white. Add a dropshadow for it to show up if you have to. Silh0uette doesn't have a definite colour at the moment so it's up to your choice.

	실루엣 SILH0UETTE X Marks the Spot x ABOUT SILH0UETTE Created on the 26th of March, 2007, Silh0uette serves as an international fanbase for the talented South Korean band Five Treasure Island. Being the first of its kind, Silh0uette has been supporting FT Island well before debut. The boys attracted increasing attention with their show, "Wanna Be My Boyfriend?" which began airing on the 13th of March, 2007. By the time they debuted on 7th of June, they had severalwell-established fanbases across the globe. Two years in the running and still holding strong, FT Island and Silh0uette have together faced highs and lows; together we stand, side-by-side, supporting one another. When the spotlight is cast upon FT Island once more, their Silh0uettes will be standing right beside them. Generally, you will find that each section of the forum has a specific name which may sound completely bizzare and unrelated to FT Island. This is due to Silh0uette being symbolised as a ship. Each section (aka. quarter) is derived from intensive research (LOL) which has been conducted in order to work under the theme of a ship. With you as the crew and me as your Captain, we shall take a wonderful journey to FT Island. Welcome aboard. ^^ x GENERAL RULES 1. RESPECT - this is rule numero uno for a reason. Use and receive it. 2. READ PINNED TOPICS - generally, they alert you to important information relating to that quarter/section of the ship/forum. 3. SPAM IS OKAY - in a minimalistic way. Strictly no one-word emoticon-centric posts! If you have something to say, make it valuable! 4. BUMPING TOPICS IS A NO-NO - for those that do not know, bumping is essentially replying to a topic after it has been inactivate for a period of time. For Silh0uette, topics cannot be bumped after 10 days. This helps avoids confusion when searching for the most recent activity. 5. NO DOUBLE POSTING - if you have more to add, please edit your posts. This has been made easier with the handy quick-edit function! 6. NO HOTLINKING - share only what is yours to share. 	BRINGING SILH0UETTES SOME LITMUSY FRESHNESS! That's right everyone - Silh0uette has a new layout, LITMUS themed. Now, I don't know who of you has seen Space Jam, but when Taz says 'mmm lemony fresh...' I seem to relate that feeling to the FRESHNESS of our new layout. xD A bit random, yes, I know - but... It's just how I feel. Never be afraid to express yourself, right? xD Now, we must all thank our dearest Parrot, MRS. LEE (VERA/JIHYUN) for coding this amazing layout! She has put in a lot of time and effort into this - and various other tasks around the forum as the acting Captain in my absence. I think - a fair few of these things may fall victim to the blind eye - BUT! I assure you, I couldn't even fit all that she's done on a list. You're just amazing, Hyun. :) Thank you so much for our new layout! ^^ And we mustn't forget our resident Song Seunghyun spazzer - shyshh (TASHA) who assisted in making the graphics for this layout! Please put your hands together for two of our wonderful staff who have blessed us with this sense of freshness that will last for a fair while~ Hehe. ^^ There's a lot for me to cover in this update, so please pay attention closely! We passed two milestones since I last spoke... How could that be? Does time pass so fast? Credits to shyssh (TASHA) for the screencap. Let's expand this love for FT Island. ♥ You may have also noticed various links on the icon bar up top - all are extensions of Silh0uette! Hopefully we will be expanding further - as I said in my last post. Actually, no, we WILL be expanding further, but it's yet to be revealed HOW! :) Don't worry though - as things pan out here - we will be bringing Silh0uettes more and more! :D One particular link I would like to point out is the AFFILIATES. In the past, we've had tedious applications that sometimes got lost in confusion. Now the whole system has been changed - and in fact, has been changed since August, but it seems that no one's really noticed! >< Members can now submit their applications straight to the admin via the form on the "affiliate with us" link. Everything is set up and ready to go - all you need to do is wait to be approved! And you can easily link back to us, as well. :) We're all one, big happy family, now! {NOV/09} Extending the Ship

	EXTENDING THE SHIP FOR SILH0UETTES! It's November, already?! How could it be? Soon I will officially be back, but I am using my spare time to update, now! ^^ I've missed you all dearly and I hope you have been well! Though I have announced that I have been on hiatus - I do still check Silh0uette from time to time, and in these past few weeks in my absence, there has been quite a bit of behind the scenes work being done! ^^ First of all, I would like to congratulate Silh0uette on its 31 month anniversary on the 26th of October! I know that I am quite late, and I hope you can accept my apology. :( Recently, I have been under-going exams, so I understand if you are in a similar situation to me! Even in between studying, Silh0uette will be a great place to visit and relax! Please don't worry about your studies - if you are worrying, you won't retain information as easily! Silh0uette will be here to help and support you. ^^ We have a lot of plans ahead - and these will most likely be put into action between the summer break! ... Wait, summer break? Are you kidding? You have to wait 'till June, next year? Nuh uh - I'm kind of, upside down? What I mean is - THE CHRISTMAS BREAK! xD In Australia, it's nearing summer, at the moment. So yes, we never have white Christmases. :( We have sweaty ones... T_T We will be bringing a Silh0uette that is better than ever. And I know I talk up changes rather often, but I will show you the worth of my words. CHRISTMAS 2009 WITH SILH0UETTE WILL BE A BLAST. ^^ Recently, we have taken in new members of staff, also! We are still looking, though, so please don't hesitate to apply. We're very welcoming and it would be lovely to have additions to the team. ^^ New staff will be announced in my next update! Please look forward to that, though I'm sure you've seen a few of them floating around. ^^ Silh0uette has also been extending outside of the forum with YouTube and Twitter! 	HAPPY BIRTHDAY CAP'N CYNDI! Before we start ANYTHING… It’s our Admin’s 18th birthday. Do drop a Happy Birthday message in her inbox when you get the time to. (: Cyndi- on behalf of Silh0uette & FT Island, we thank you for your great efforts, love and care you’ve given to Silh0uette. It wouldn’t even be possible if you haven’t decided to step up and create such a warm, loving community for FT Island fans. Silh0uette is happy to say we have the privilege to share your special days with you. Whether be it sad or happy, Silh0uette is always here to listen and give you the best comfort and joy. Please stay happy and healthy, Silh0uette needs you and you need Silh0uette. It’s your day. Go out and enjoy it. We all love you. Back to the updates… How has everyone been? I’m sure you have listened to Cyndi’s update on our 30 months. It’s been a while… I first have to apologize on my absences. Cyndi gave me such a significant position and I fail to hold it. T^T I’ve been really caught up with my projects at school. 	HEPY FERTY MUNFS, SILH0UETTES! Hehe, has everyone been well? ^^ I hope so! I decided to skip the lengthy update this time, and present you with an audio clip! Honestly, I'm not even supposed to be updating! I'm on hiatus! >< But I couldn't bare to not say a thing! Though I am a day late, I would like to share this with you. ^^ My message in a nutshell of an MP3 file! Hehe. I think I will do more updates like this in the future. :D That is - if you all enjoy them. ._. Anyway, for those who might think I sound like a duck - heh :( - I'm still recovering from illness... Yes, I have been sick for the past month. :/ I don't know how that is possible, but it's about 8 degrees in Melbourne, at the moment. Celsius. {SEPT/09} No Iceberg Can Stop Us

	NO ICEBERG CAN STOP THE SILH0UETTES! Gosh, it's been a while since I last updated, right? So many changes have occurred and here I am, ONLY NOW, announcing them? My deepest apologies, my friends - my family... I'm not sure if many of you know, since I was a little cheeky and attempted to hide my true age... xD I'm currently in my final year of high school - and no matter what country you're from, the final year of high school is... UNIVERSAL DEATH. T_T I've been doing the best that I can, but as of now... I will no longer be able to carry the weight of this position as Captain. I know I should have been responsible and announced this sooner, but a range of events have occurred in the passing days... Including my school being vandalised by a bunch of ratbags. >_> We lost seventy-five windows... D: It was utter chaos. T_T But I know things will recover. That's not the root of my worries. xD The growth of Silh0uette has been a great experience to have been a part of. The time and effort put into this forum just makes me want to travel the world to meet each and every one of you. And towards the end of the year, I think I'll be able to! Vera and Sooey are coming down to Melbourne and even Trang messaged me earlier asking if we could meet! I love how close and tight-knit we are. It's this culture that makes me so proud to have been a part of it all. Of course, we've had our lows, as well, but I can't keep holding Silh0uette back, any more. Until I finish my Year 12 studies, I will be unable to act as Captain of Silh0uette. But please, do not fear. I have a trusty companion, ready to take on the roll. Dearest Parrot, thou hath mine love. (Your accusations are true!) MRS. LEE(VERA/JIHYUN) who has been the backbone of Silh0uette's physical development will, from this day forward, be acting as Captain. She will retain her title as Parrot - however she will have access to the admin CP. If you have any queries or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact her. Despite her title, she doesn't bite! And she likes Jincrackers. Hehe. :) Speaking of Vera, though - have you noticed ONE HUGE CHANGE about Silh0uette's outward appearance? A range of changes have been occurring, some that I haven't even seen myself! But here's thanking Vera for another beautiful layout that stays consistent with the theme of CROSS & CHANGE. Silh0uette, despite my absence, is still growing, of course! And I'd like to take this chance to thank every single member for contributing to what we are as a team, today. SILH0UETTE, HWAITING! 	HAPPY TWENTY-NINE MONTHS, SILH0UETTES! Phew! We finally made it. :D Twenty-nine months and going strong! ^^ I know I promised a new layout over a week ago... And I have to apologise for that! >< Vera has been ready for me to help her out but things have been hectic and home/school and there's no excuse! >:( I should be a more responsible Captain! I will do my best in the future, as we look forward to our magnae's birthday in November! With Seunghyun's birthday just passing, we're all feeling joyous and are still in celebratory mode! SO HERE'S TO SILH0UETTE'S TWENTY-NINE MONTHS! HWAITING! ^^ Now - there have been various members interested in various positions around Silh0uette and I'll like to inform everyone that applications will be open shortly! Please keep a close on this as we wouldn't want anyone to miss an opportunity! Thank-you to all the crew members who are keeping Silh0 alive and well! 523 members and COUNTING! Yvonne and Maci caught the 500 member mark but I haven't got the screencap with me, at the moment. >< I will add it to this post once I fetch it, again! But look at this - all these milestones passing us by! We must celebrate! With Silh0uette's 29th month, we will be bringing more and more! Newer and better! And I'm not just bluffing. It's been a few days into Seunghyun week and they've passed so fast; not to mention we've also past the 500 Islanders mark. 	HAPPY SEUNGHYUN THEME WEEK, SILH0UETTES! What's the date, now? Wait, what did you say?! It's the sixteenth?! ALREADY?! SEUNGHYUN'S BIRTHDAY IS DAWNING UPON US AND YOU'RE JUST SITTING THERE?! What are you waiting for?! It's time to embrace a new found culture. It's time to embrace THEME WEEK! I understand that many of you probably aren't familiar with this concept, so let me run down a bit of information for you! First off, our dearest Song Seunghyun is turning seventeen (eighteen in Korea) this coming Friday! Aren't you excited? :O We have to show him all the love and support we can! As Silh0uettes, we will always be by their side. ^^ PLEASE PARTICIPATE IN: SEUNGHYUN'S BIRTHDAY PROJECT! In addition to his project, Silh0uette will be holding a Song Seunghyun Theme Week and we'd love for all Silh0uettes to participate! The idea is, all Silh0s change their signatures/avatars to embrace their love for Song Seunghyun and take his birthday by storm! :D If you don't have a signature or avatar to use, just yet, never fear! 	TIME FOR CHANGE, SILH0UETTES? Silh0uettes, I have returned with major news! We've clearly made our CROSS to a new board - but where is our CHANGE? I'm sure there's been minor changes that hardly anyone's noticed... And I only have more to add! xP The amount of topics per page has changed from 20 to 30 - as to show allow more on one page, especially with all the pinned topics we have. Furthermore, a key difference, that will affect those who topped pages is... I changed the amount of posts per page from 15 to... Another number. :P I don't remember what I changed it to. HAHA. How about we find out, eh? :) LET'S GET THIS TOPIC TO TWO PAGES! ^__^ But moving onto the major news... There are many changes coming up again, and a lot for Silh0uette to build off. We'll be looking out for more kinds of staff, soon, so please keep your eyes peeled! Graphic artists, translators, subbers - the like! We need anyone and everyone's helping hand, so please consider joining the Boatswain crew. :D Who's interested? {AUGUST'09} Dawn of a New Beginning!

	WELCOME THE MONTH OF AUGUST, SILH0UETTES! Dearest Silh0uettes, 'tis a dawn of a new month, the wonderful month of August. It would be the last month of Summer for most of you, but for myself, I'm enjoying the wonders of Winter. There was once an interesting question asked by a Canadian, to a fellow Australian of mine - "so, when's your Christmas?" HAHA. Cool. I love how Australia's so upside-down. ;) It has been noted that our progress has slowed down a little - which is okay. :) But everyone else is missing out! T_T Invite your friends - let people know, Silh0uette's arms are open to one and all. :D On that note, we missed our 400 members mark. :( But our dearest jiyong(MACI) managed to catch 401, which is just as good, if not better. xD Thank you muchly, umma! ^__^ Now, there's a lot to be done here and there, Silh0uette is still a growing place! But never fear - our staff have been working vigorously. xD The new staff have settled in well and we're sailing smoothly~ ^^ Hwaiting, Silh0uette! I will bear more news, in time. <3 Captain Cyndi

{JULY'09} Happy Twenty-Eight!

	HAPPY TWENTY-EIGHT MONTHS, SILH0UETTES! We've journied far and wide to reach this point. Our voyage began one fine Autumn night, on the 26th of March, 2007. It's been a good two years, a good two years - twenty-eight months later... You may have noticed in 바래 I Hope, Hongki sings: 돌아올거야 돌아올거야, 니가 없는 나는 없으니까... This translates to: you'll come back, you'll come back, if there's no you, there's no me... It's conditional - we need each other. When the spotlight is cast upon FT Island once more, their Silh0uettes will be standing right beside them. You could say that it's been a rough trot. We've been anchored down for the past few months, with only a few crew standing by our sides... But we're back now. We've picked up speed - we're sailing away off to FT Island. The five that will be forever treasured - on an island?!?! I don't know. :P :P We've been though a lot in this past month. The renovation of Silh0uette has been hectic but with everyone pulling in together, we've managed to see the days of to-morrow. :) We couldn't do it without you. We - being the quarter masters - we are nothing without you. Now, there's a lot to update you on, so listen closely! Firstly of all, I would like to thank carbonatedstars(SAMANTHA) for this lovely screencap of 350 members! Congratulations Silh0uette! We're growing rather well. We haven't, technically, be re-opened for even a month yet, and here we are at 370 members, now! :D It's dazzling. Next - I would like to introduce you to the current staff - a few old faces and a few new, this is what you've got managing you, now. HAHA. So please welcome: x.suki(SOOEY), MRS. LEE(VERA/JIHYUN), pockero(LAIFUN), xxfruitsbasketxx(JOSIE), shyssh(TASHA), changry(KIMI), carbonatedstars(SAMANTHA), jiyong(MACI) and bluebutterfly(GEMMA)! Recently we had staff applications, which you may have heard about. Many, MANY superb candidates, but no where near enough positions! The qualifications were flying. o_o Though we only selected four from the bunch, thus far, please note that the applicants that have not yet been accepted aren't necessarily declined. We appreciate all your effort as both a crew member and dearest friend of this forum. <3 I will make it my business to work with you all, in the future. Be it as staff or just as Silh0uettes - 'cause that's what we all are in the end... None of this admin, moderator mumbo-jumbo. We're just Silh0uettes - all alike to one another. <3 Now, here is a better run-down of your staff - hopefully they can add to my announcement by adding in their own words. :) x. suki - SOOEY, First Mate (Global Moderator) I remember when Sooey first applied for her position of a Quarter Master. We were just starting out, then, and it was great to see someone so eager to help. Being an Australian myself, Sooey and I clicked, right away. She's always been a vital member to Silh0uette, being one of the friendliest of the bunch. Without her continuous activity, I'm not sure where we'd be, exactly. She's wormed up the ranks to First Mate - a well deserved title, for such a dedicated staff member. MRS. LEE - VERA/JIHYUN, Parrot (Technician) WHERE DO I START WITH HYUN... HAHA, the way she worked her way to her position is probably the funniest. She would send me messages and the like, calling me "Cyndi unni" and asking if I needed any help. Of course, my poor soul, needed all the help I could get! And then later we found out that she was older than me. Snap. HAHA. Hyun is the key to Silh0uette's beauty. All these layouts, the website - everything! All you see is Hyun's work. And I just have nothing to say - she makes me speechless. I seriously wouldn't know what to do without her. She's the Parrot that sits on my shoulder, the one that will always be by my side. She also made up her title herself. HAHA. pockero - LAIFUN, Quarter Master (Mainmast, Foremast, Lee Hong Ki) Dearest Laifun, you're the key to Silh0uette's revival. I've been so busy with school and just my real life in general, I never had the time for Silh0uette, any more. Laifun kept Silh0uette alive in its darkest hour. Ever so hard-working, ever so dedicated... Without you, Silh0uette would still be anchored down. Laifun keeps the forum lively with her constant battles for Hongki! Somehow she always manages to outsmart Sooey. HAHA. Seriously, though. Laifun keeps Silh0uette afloat. Without her, we're nothing! xxfruitsbasketxx - JOSIE, Quarter Master (Mainmast, Compainionway) Josie. I can't even sum you up in words. In the olden days, I believe you were the youngest of our crew, with Zzung. Surely, that didn't mean you weren't as capable - definitely not. Do not underestimate someone because of their age - heck no. Josie's one of the most hard-working here, at Silh0uette - always willing to lend a hand when needed. Friendly, caring - what more could you want? Josie's simply the sweetest person there is. shyssh - TASHA, Quarter Master (Starboard, Song Seung Hyun) A new addition to the Silh0uette staff, after our CROSS & CHANGE, Tasha's been a great person to get to know! Though I don't know her as well as the first four, I can tell that she's very reliable, trustworthy and an awesome moddie. So suited to her roles - she's one of the best graphic artists I know! And also a great Seungie spazzer. :P Tasha was one of the first applicants - and pretty much received an automatic accept! Do I really have to put it into words? Hehe. changry - KIMI, Quarter Master (Mizzenmast, Poop Deck) It's been what - less than a week and this girl's on FIRE! Even before she was appointed as a quarter master, she was always contributing and being a true Silh0uette, a true Primadonna. I can't talk about this girl in words - I can only keyboard mash because I just don't know what to say. She's amazing jfdvnsdvba! Anywhere you look, you'll find Kimi. She's so active - not only as a general member, but as a contributer. Rather impressive girl, she is. Rather impressive. carbonatedstars - SAMANTHA, Quarter Master (Bowspirit, Song Seung Hyun) Though with no previous moderating experience, Sam has been so eager to learn and help out. There's not much to it, really - Sam's got the hang of it. It's great to have fresh blood. HAHA, I kid. Bowspirit's a BEEG place to manage, though it seems so straight-forward. Sam's got the work set out in front of her, but she's doing a great job. A darn fine job. And I know you'll be able to keep it up. ^^ Definitely a chatterbox that one. Keeps the forum lively. ^^ jiyong - MACI, Quarter Master (Bowspirit + Stern, Poop Deck) Ahh, Maci, where do I start with you? I've known Maci for a good three years, now! Probably more. :) We first met on another forum, and she has been working up me for almost... Ever? HAHA. I look up to Maci. She's talented in all kinds of aspects, and was even appointed the previous First Mate, without applying, I believe! I kind of just threw her in there. xD She's so suited to the forums that she's moderating, you have no idea. >< She's just amazing. bluebutterfly - GEMMA, Quarter Master (Foremast) One of the most loyal members - keeping the forum alive while it was on the verge of sinking. It was great to see her applying for a position, you have no idea. Gemma is someone you can trust - she's been here, through it all. If there's anyone I'm willing to share Minhwan with - it'd be Gemma. HAHA. So extremely dedicated. I hope to expand your quarters, soon! Your dedication inspires me. Phew, I had a lot to say, didn't I? Now that I've gotten all that out, I just want to rewish everyone a happy twenty-eight months!
